Yes the prop has bata. On the second landing we used just reverse pitch to stop.

Thanks

Scott

Way cool! Very nice first landing on a really interesting strip. I wonder if we could put a turbine on a 601?

It is slightly lighter than a rotax but the fuel consumption is 2.5 times higher. The fun factor is through the roof.

How does the weight & balance, and the fuel consumption, compare to non-turbine engies available for the model?

The entire firewall forward including the mount was 183lbs.

Scott,
What is the total installed weight of your turbine engine? Including all accessories?
You gotta proud of that one man!! WOW

On the second flight I just changed the prop pitch to control decent and as you can see it worked allot better.

Scott,

Superb! What's the spool up time like? I'm thinking about all the small but frequent power changes I make on a typical STOL approach.
