First flight in my Corvair powered Zenith Ch 650 was yesterday evening, May 4, at Shelbyville Municipal Airport. What a blast! She flew great with no surprises. Trimmed up nicely. Thanks to my great first flight ground crew and of course my wife for supporting me thru the build journey. On to flying off my Phase 1!

Hi Joe, glad you enjoyed the video. My CHTs were slightly higher than they should be so I did limit the time in the air for the first flight. I have some work to do with the cowling and baffling tomorrow to resolve this. Thanks //Dave
