Many delays obtaining permits and approvals in Collin County, TX. Will finally start home/hangar-shop building next week. Projected completion late August or Early September.

At present, budget is the limiting factor. I can get good pricing on steel buildings but foundation and hangar door costs are almost as much. Looking at possibly doing the hydraulic door myself using a auto shop lift controller and 104" cylinders.

HI Kurt. I was going to build my hangar 40x30 but was advised to go 10 ft deeper. Glad I did. Still can't get two Cessnas in it tho. But my Cessna and Zenith fit ok.
