::UPDATE:: (FEB2013) Now working for the Army at Ft. Leavenworth living in KCMO. I can't wait to get to know some Zenith builders in the area.

US Army CH-47 pilot. I have been stationed overseas and in consistent deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan since 2002. I have not yet had the opportunity to get back to the US, buy a house with a garage, and start building. Until such time I must live my airplane-building dreams vicariously through all of you. I originally had intended on building a CH-640, for which I purchased the plans. I have now decided to start off with an easier project; the CH-750--I purchased my CH750 plans at Sun-N-Fun 2009.

For Sale: CH-750/CH-601/CH-650 Jabiru cowl and engine mount

Posted on May 2, 2013 at 7:32pm 2 Comments

I acquired a 750 project from another builder.  I am going to be hanging an O-235 on it, so I have no need for the Jabiru 3300 cowl and mount.

$795 plus shipping for both.  That's 50% of the cost of purchasing new.

CH-750: 2 x 12 Gallon Fuel tanks; Wanted or For Sale

Posted on April 29, 2013 at 8:53pm 3 Comments

I took over a CH-750 project that was started by another builder.  I am installing a Lycoming O-235, and the standard 12 gallons tanks just aren't enough.  I have TWO standard 12 gallon tanks with sending units installed in perfect condition that I will sell for $500 (total for both) so that I can apply that money towards the 15 Gallon tanks, or I will give you $500 for your standard tanks (so that you can upgrade) and I'll just install Four 12 gallon tanks.

Any takers?

The aircraft is my own design and build called the Kingfisher. It is a 2 seat aircraft with a Jabiru 6 cylinder engine. It cruises at 1309 Kts and lands at 38 kts with full flap.

Thanks for the mock-up...-:)
I like the rivet touch!! looks more real. I will try to add a Round Rotec engine.
I took the dimensions on the FWF of the CH750 and the Rorec2800. The round cowling will have to be bigger than the standard cowlings by about 2 inches on the diametre. Should look real nice ....I hope..
I really like the ligthening up of the green on the wing tips... great job. i wasn't sure myself about the wing tips being green ..
We sure are having fun with our planes!!

Hello James, thanks for the friend request. I like your artwork. I am planning on red, white and some other color maybe gold. Something along the lines of number 16.

James, just having my plane finished (750) at Can Zac in Kitchener. The fellows there said touch base with you to see what you could come up with for a white plane with dark blue accents

Thanks

I'm glad there's someone out there willing to share the creativity. Fantastic paint design ideas!! Of course now I have to narrow it down from the 25+ that I like.......
