My first horizontal stabilizer did not meet spec. It had too much twist in it. Here's my second attempt, ready to rivet the skins. It looks pretty straight at this point.

I had over one inch of twist.  There's less than 2mm on new one.

Hard decision but the right decision. Remember that on your first flight when you are nicely trimmed.
