Hey Clint
The cap is a flush mount cap from ACS. The fitting flanges are all riveted units from Vans Aircraft. All of Van's Aircraft have riveted wet tanks which is standard procedure for them!

how do you weld were you dimpled the tanks? or do you dimple the skin in same spot?
