This engine have officialy 115 hp at 7400 rpm,but at 6000 rpm still having 90 hp... I dont have clutch.

What is your expected horse power estimate?
Do you know or can you estimate the weight of the finished unit?
Does the c type reduction drive include a centrifugal clutch mechanism
