How much is the cruise speed lowered with the same engine rpm due to the aerodynamic drag from the larger wheels and tires?

How many lbs of pressure in those tires ?  on soft ground and for hard surface? Any compromise?

Would be interested in a report regarding the 21" tires, How many modifications to the hubs,wheels,brakes and nosewheel fork were required and how do you asess the results?  Good, so so, excellent, what was the performance results on grass and hard surface as well as rough terrain.
