Sorry,  I''m using the google translator.
When I read the article about this feat, was the moment I made the decision to do that in the future this model to realize my dream of having my own plane.
Today past 38 years this week put support the engine (ROTAX UL) my CH 701 and hope to be flying between October November 2014

I was a mere 13 year old attending my 2nd Oshkosh when all this occurred.  I was aware of the one week wonder event going on, and walked by the workshop many times during the week, but I did not pay all that much attention to it.  Little did I know that 30 years later, at Oshkosh 2006, I would decide to start building my own Zenith.  I guess my 601XL qualified as the "22 month wonder" when it flew in 2008.

I hope to be more of a participant in this year's one week wonder.

Where is this aircraft today? The Canadian Civil Aircraft Register says "Aircraft Removed from the Register: 1988-11-17"
