Wing Kit Assembly: Joining and riveting the internal kit parts together of the Zenith STOL CH 750

Here, we show putting together the match-drilled parts of the wing kit. We line the parts up, cleco (clamp), and rivet - it's that simple! You'll notice that here we're using final hole size match-drilled parts (for a lot less drilling, clecoing and deburring)... Next, we'll add the skins (cleco and rivet)...

As a complete neophyte to kitplane building I need all the help I can get. I appreciate the EAA Builder hints as well as the offical Zenith Aircraft DVD, the Zenair News, and Home builthelp but this type of video showing the methods and successive steps in correct order to proceed with building   keeps qlitches to a minimum and boosts confidence and satisfaction to the maximum. Seeing the Zenith crew members in action gives a personal touch for the builder. An outline in depth  of the succesive steps would be invaluable. Videos demonstrating the correct method and hints to do the more difficult stages of building would eliminate repititious requests for help and leave more time for the staff to productive endeavors. My opinion, I stand corrected if wrong.

Respectfully,

Ken Buchmann
