Well not sure if I should title this Post IS MY WIFE PISSED OR WHAT, or DO I HAVE THE LARGEST FLEET OF 701'S? Last year while I was coming to the end of building my first 701, a fellow 701 owner had a taxi mishap in his, he decided that he would not repair it and parted it out. I purchased it minus the engine and instruments, hence my second 701 which currently sits in my shop. This last week I purchase a complete new fuselage kit, plans etc from another 701 builder, hence my third 701. It now too sits in my shop beside the other one. The first is away at the paint shop, should be out this week hopefully. If I put #2 and #3 together I will have a complete 701 less the engine more or less. Thats my current plan. Stay tuned I could have some 701's for sale.

PS...Honey, if you see this Post, I can not thank you enought for your surpport and understanding in my Zenith 701's. I Promise I will not buy anymore.

Is this the aircraft version of, "Honey, it followed me home. Can we keep it?" Whatever it takes keep "Honey" AND aviation on the front burners. To paraphrase Gen. G. S. Patton, "Compared to amateur aviation, all other forms of human endeavor shrink to insignificance".

You could be in the early stages of "Builders Remorse". A condition that attacks an aircraft builder when he has completed his building project and no longer can be "a builder". The other signs are the inability to sleep without rivets under your pillow, walking around with clecos in your pocket (careful of the wife's washing machine if you dont want to really piss her off), sitting in the empty hangar/shop staring at the empty space your project once occupied. There is a cure for this condition, you have already taken the first step towards recovery.... starting another project !
Get well soon... ;>)

It is always better to seek forgiveness than permission.
