John, go back a few pictures and you will see a link to ACS for the park brake valve.  As you depress the park brake the valve "traps" brake fluid pressure in the lines to the calipers and holds the pads against the brake rotor.  I have not filled and tested my brakes yet.  If I understand it correctly you can put the park brake on, apply the brakes via the brake pedals and it will hold (trap) line the pressure aft off the valve until you move the valve handle to the off position which then releases the pressure and fluid back to the master cylinders.  So you can preset the valve, apply the brakes and the brakes should be engaged until you release them.  I like having park brakes on the things that I fly...

Right now my brake lines are running thru the tunnel to the rear.  I have not yet decided whether to use bulk head fittings to exit the lines thru the fuselage or drill a hole and have a grommet.

Good luck with your project...hope this helps!

Dave

Hi David, I am building a 750 Cruzer and noted that you have added a parking break. Didn't know that was an option. Can you tell me where you obtained it and in principal how it works. I just installed my brake lines to the master cylinders but not sure where to best route them to the mains. How and where did you run yours?

Thanks,
John Minatelli

Slick. No need for a flexible wire, B nut or anything like that.
