Neighborhood Open House for my CH 650
Because so many neighbors had expressed an interest, I arranged an Open House for my project on New Year's Day. Between parades and bowl games, I was really pleased that over 50 people came by to inspect and ask questions.

The Open House was a great success. It even resulted in many neighbors coming out to watch us load it on the trailer for the hangar move. Almost ready to fly is a relative term. When compared to the 6.5 years it has taken to scratch build to this point, I guess you could say I'm almost there. Probably a couple of months to be realistic.
