How dose it work Victor? I'm over the artic circle and was considering using a heater core set up over the heat muff and since your in a very similar climate as I am your opinion would be invaluable. I don't expect to fly at -45f but I do plan to fly in the cold.

The extra scoop will probably give you less heat. You need slower and more area contact with muffler to extract heat from it.

I am not familiar with heater instalations, but looking at this wont you get the smell/fumes/maybe smoke coming into the cabin from the engine bay??
