Looks like I'll have to fix it myself.
There were a couple of cracks (shipment) that I fixed, so that got me initiated in the composite world.
But this is a low-priority thing, I need to finish the engine install..

John, this looks so bad I am going to call Nick (at Arion Aircraft) tomorrow and ask if maybe I received a top cowl for one type of A/C and bottom for another.
The one shown in the homebuilthelp video looks much better, and the photos shown in the Jabiru Australia are works of art, in comparison... https://jabiru.net.au/engines/nose-bowls/

I was also disappointed in the fit and mine looks a bit better than yours. Please keep posting some pictures of your progress. I have paused my work on the cowl while I finish up my avionics installation.
