Hi Scott,  I built them all per the diagrams in the construction standards manual,  I made each flange die out of five seperate pieces of hardwood (I used oak and maple scraps). Each piece was rough cut with a band saw and worked to size with a stationary disk sander. A router table was used to form the inside 45 degree bevels, the outside bevels were carefully formed with a disk sander. The radius were hand sanded until they produced a nice radius in the practice pieces.  I'll try to e-mail you some pictures of the build process, but be warned they are not very organized, kinda made up the process as I encountered problems:)  These really challenged my not so developed wood working skills, probably have about a days labor in each one but I could not find anything affordable to buy.  FYI, I also alternated the grain on the bottom parts to give more strength, but still had one crack. You might consider using some large hose clamps to reinforce them.  Good luck with your build!   Clint

How did you make your dimple dies, did you make all of them or did you buy some?
