The 4 " PVC 10 ' long tube is just my pivot handler. I am inserting 16 ' long 2x4 beam inside of it and managing all my installation activities including centering wing spar inside of a central spar, turning any way I want At the moment it is off of my wing and I am doing the wiring and plumbing
