Thanks for the encouragement, being a plans build am having small issues with some of the pre drilled holes I did and then part doesnt line up 100% so have to remake the part with a larger lip to pick up the rivet holes. next time I know, DONT drill any holes until you actaully clamp the parts together on assembley

Hi Clint I cut the side skins by hand with long slim nose snips. I did this thinking I could save material. In hind sight I could have had it cut in a guilotine as the off cuts would have been the same in the end,if you going to cut the side skins I would cut them in a guilotine if available, but its only 0.016 material so no real issue to cut by hand.What I would add is DONT cut the material for the longerons by hand!! The material comes under tension when cutting by hand and curls.This MUST be cut in a guilotine.
