The following is the information we are providing to those interested:

Chris Heintz, designed this plane--serial number 1--a design that he would later develop into some of the most popular home-building kit planes in North America. He flew it across Canada and the USA, including to Oshkosh numerous times, promoting his new design. I removed the wings from C-GNYM to bring the plane to my hangar and haven’t put them  back on again. Dennis Doersam, Director of Stevenson Aviation Training Centre, Red River College, inspected the aircraft and was impressed with its condition – no rust and solidly built. The VW engine needs work as it is leaking oil. This piece of Canadian Aviation Heritage is offered for sale, all funds received will be donated to the MB Chapter 99s International Organization of Women Pilots scholarship fund. Asking only $8000.00, evaluated at $40,000. Buyer will receive a tax deductible receipt for any amount offered above this base price.
