If the camera is mounted on the rudder - are you running a cable all the way from your headset jack, out the canopy and to the camera mounted on the rudder? Do you have a picture of this set up?
Thanks for the info on the polishing. After the holidays is fine...I am at my hangar a lot during the weekends. I can also be out there during the week any time with advance notice. I am lucky enough to work from home and for the most part, set my own hours. I will be gone from Jan 13-19 though on business. Would love to meet up before then.
I have the same cowl you have and the same problem in the same attitudes. However, the highest temp I seen was 230 but my outside air temp might have been 85. Everything sounds right when comparing our two situations. Thanks for the response.
