Admin,
Please delete James Pollard as 'he' is operating a financial scam (the old one where your surname matches another who has died recently and left a lot of money...)
Hi,
You are right. This is a Subaru EA-81 reworked to 105hp tested on a dyno. It's so smooth you can't feel the shaking anywhere ! Very quiet also but mainly due to the muffler and muff.

Sorry, one more question. What can you tell me about character count? I find that the space in the "What have I done today? tool is not very long. Are there other areas where longer text messages can be added. I have seen longer post here and there but I keep running into limits. I am working on being shorter.

Noticed your comment on posting photos. I guess I don't understand the difference. Where exactly should I go to post something in a "Bolg"? Sorry, I am still learning how the site works. I was worried about the size of the images but they don't seem to be overly large. They are just screen captures which are low res. Always willing to learn.

Just joined the site today. Bought a set of plans for a 701 from a guy on another list. Looking forward to "The Day..."

I have noticed that the links in posts don't show up as obvious links. Perhaps making them a different color or underlining them would make them more obvious. Underlining is the "standard".

I thank all times for each flight made in my Zeno.
I hope soon to bring images of unprecedented fligh
Very cool Zenair's new website, it is gratifying to be part of it!

Julio.
It seems that after completing the construction of our aircraft and showing the first flight, the interest in viewing or participating on the website falls off. I have been following the (backcountrypilot.org) site, which seems to have an active group of men and women in the northwest. The most popular thread on this site is (where did you fly today?). It now has seventy-six pages of flights. Most are not long journeys, but places in their local area - discussions of where they flew for meals, camping, fishing, equipment, tie downs, and so on. I find this interesting and think, gee if I ever get into that area I would like to experience that also. Also discussed are upcoming flights.
Diana, the woman who gave us her car in Lamar, MO, I found out after the fact, was on a grass strip tour and was grounded by weather five miles from my home. Crap, if only we had known.
The details of our trip would not have been written if Sebastian had not requested it.
I see Suzy Patey posted bits of her trip to Mexico. I do hope she is encouraged to put together a detailed description of her adventure.
What I am trying to suggest is that the update section of (my plane) also have a spot for (where did you fly your zenith today?) in the hope of adding additional interest to the site.
Thanks for reading,
Temos
Jack Thompson
