Correction: I found pictures of the plane flying in 2009 so the test flight must have been 2009 or earlier.

Hello Kestas,
That's was Brad Demeo's plane! I was the test pilot for him so I was the first person to fly it, probably in 2010. The test flight was at the Santa Rosa airport (KSTS).
