These pics are from last week's Cowl install process.  It didnt have much extra material, but it fits!

I found that I had to push the cowl as far forward as possible for the circumference of the back to be sufficient.  I put the spinner inside the front "Ring" and worked from there.  I also had to trim the metal at the bottom of the fuselage all the way up to the dzus plates.

Just a few rivets and filler and the cowl is done.
