Most importantly, mom taught me how to belly laugh until I cried and how to love deeply.<br /> <br /> I spent the past 6-months helping mom in her journey through hospice. It was the single most painful, yet beautiful experienced in my life. When my time comes, I hope I am fortunate enough to have someone I love help guide me through the same journey.<br /> <br /> In this video, I am flying my Zenith STOL CH750, which was a kit plane I built over a 7-year period. It is my pride and joy and is my "happy place" to share with others. Mom never got a chance to fly with me but she always loved to listen to my flying stories and was so very proud of everything I have done in life.
