I spent the past 30 mins trying to identify the song...
I tried to google the words (of which very few I could get; it sounds like some language other than English is used).
Even installed Shazam on my iPad. Nuttin' !
I realize the video is old, but do you remember what is the song?

As you all know, Texas has been in a drought for many years now. This video was taken in 2013. The lake levels were already as low a 6% of capacity. By March of this year they were as low as 3% of capacity. Then the rains came in June of this year... in bucket loads!. Now we are at about 73% of capacity.
