I see you are listed as a builder's assist program for the zenith 750. Are you still doing this? I tried the email they have on the Zenith site but it isn't deliverable. My wife and I have been building the 750 and would like a professional to help us once we finish all of the metal main parts. Let me know if you are in the business and how it works. Thanks Jeff McNabb
Yes please. A few things. What are the true performance numbers of that plane using the 100HP(or less) Continental? And I was curious about the need for a fuel pump at high angles of attack. I didn't think I would need a fuel pump with a carb on a high wing. And it looks as though that was determined when tying down the tail and taking a measurement with a level?
Yes, will do Tracy, & per time zone will not call late. I know the starboard wing aileron push-pull tube was rubbing. Will find out what the other tweaks are- 3300 CHT's, EGT's, etc., as I had even discussed the potentiality to convert over to Aero Vee carb vs. Bing. The Bing is also notorious for cold weather starting. The FC-10 fuel sender + guage needed to be installed. In the Winter does your grass strip get cleared enough for Matt, Popeye or you to fly? If I don't call you Thurs. eve per too late, it may be a few days as I have to leave on a business trip Fri. for a week + would then call you Sun. or Mon. Regards.
Forgot to answer one of your questions...I don't have any landing light. I was considering adding just one 3" circular LCD assy. just above the nose wheel, but I didn't follow through on that yet. I'm a VFR Sport Pilot, so I'm not sure what a landing light will do for me, other than maybe helping others see me coming!
Dave Roloff said you have experience flying the CH 650 or 601XL. I’m looking for information on short field take off from sod runway. What have you gotten for the amount of takeoff distance?
Thanks Fred

There used to be such a map. I think it was on Frappr, but it's gone now.
If it's not something that's very visible (e.g., front page of zenith.aero), it will be forgotten and become obsolete real quick.
Cheers

Hi Tracy, I was thinking a few weeks ago about doing a google map of Zenith builders but I wasn't sure anyone would want to submit their information. The Sonex one looks good so maybe I will build it and see if anyone will come? Unless we find out that Zenith has one planned... Paul
