What is the thickness and size of the standard L angle for the 750. I'm building from scratch and can't find it in the drawings. Thanks, Dave Ruhe

I started by building what I could. So much time wasted for me. It seemed like half of everything I made ended up wrong. I'll take 50% of the blame. I just finished the forward floor, looks real nice, went to put the cabin sides on that I got from Zenith to find that I used the wrong spacing on the floor and now I have to start all over. I will be ordering all new floor parts from Zenith. Hope they are all predrilled.

I always wonder what motivates plans builders. When I purchased my XL with a number of pre-drilled skins I though that was cheating, but it was my best path. Now with Quick-Build kits, we have moved to Easy Aircraft Assembly, EAA. Not sure why they are called Quick-Build, shouldn't it be Quick-Assembly?

Now that I've almost completed my XL, I still wouldn't plans build, it's too hard! Ok, I might consider, but I would purchase spars and leading edge skins from Zenith. A man has to know his limitations ;-)

Kudos to you and others that are keeping the "Spirit" of Experimental Amateur Built alive.
