Marc Cook, editor of Kitplanes magazine, participated at our most recent factory workshop (this past week on November 18 & 19) and built the rudder starter kit for the STOL CH 750. As many of you know, the workshop is about gaining "hands-on experience" with participants getting their hands dirty and building the entire rudder vertical tail section from the kit parts. Well, we were impressed that this magazine editor jumped right in and was willing (and anxious) to participate, and not just observe and report on it (as most writers would):

As a part of the "workshop experience," all participants are given the chance to go up for a demo flight, so we gave Marc the same opportunity. Well, he jumped at this opportunity to go flying and tried out all four of our demo planes: The high wing STOL CH 701, 750 and 801 as well as our factory upgraded Zodiac CH 601 XL-B:

After we were done with the demo flights, Marc took the opportunity to take up the STOL CH 750 himself. Here's a video clip of Marc flying the CH750 (he was up flying for so long that I missed his landing):
