hi all trying to fit my wing root skins could do with some better build pics,and how to do it imfo thanks Tony.

Hi Clint,thanks for imfo,problem I have is it’s a kit I am building,and the nose cone or cowl is one price fitted to the mains spar going right around,it’s very difficult,it looks on the build pics to have been a small cone shape,and the leading edge skin had an angle shaped into it,this reduced forming required, I think I will end up with a gap up around the slat bracket,they have not cut out for this just left it smaller,the top root skin is as awkward again shaped and drilled,so there it is,someone must be doing a new ch750 and understands,I can see there will be a gap with top skin and cone root ski,help please....Tony

Yes, that is a tricky spot. I'm not sure how to make it perfect, but I wrote a short description of what I did in this link:

Take your time (a lot of time), trim and file as needed.

I don't know which edition you have but this is the third edition wing root which is for the curved roof. I started with the second edition plans and the two pieces you see making the top wing root skin was one piece and it was very difficult to get it to fit right.
