Canadian Advance Ultralight CH 701 Registering

I am in the process of registering my CH 701 as a advance ultralight here in Canada. I heard back from Transport Canada today regarding my gross weight. I am trying to increase my gross weight from 960lbs to 1100lbs. Transport Canada will not allow this. I am aware that this has been done in the past. I have a letter from Chris Heintz dated Oct. 3, 1995 that the STOL CH701 may be operated at an increased gross weight. On Transport Canada's list of eligible ultralights allowed the CH 701 with 912 show gross at 960lbs. This list was modified 2009-11-12. I am sure that previous to this date the gross was 1100lbs. Can anyone support this? Does anyone have info on how to increase gross weight? I have emailed Mark at Can-Zac (Canadian Dealer for Zenair) and I have emailed Zenith for info on this. Once received I will post.

TC has the CH701 listed in the AULA table with a gross of 960. This would have been the weight Zeinth applied for with TC. But, the 701 "SP" is listed at 1100 lbs. I am not sure what the difference is but this may be the way to do it. The TC link is...
