I am located in Hallsville just east of Longview slowly working on 650. I have fuselage assembled with tail section mounted. Also have flaps completed and presently working on ailerons. Hopefully will be starting on wings soon. Would be glad to show you project and/or discuss building.

Just noticed this post, Jack. I'm working on a a Cruzer, not a 601 XL, but I'm in Athens and am in Tyler with some regularity. Would enjoy seeing your project. Mine consist of a rudder and some form blocks at this point, but I've got high hopes...

Jack There is a small group of Zenith Builders that have menbers working on and flying 601xl/650b and 701/750 we meet at the Beacon Cafe located at Hicks Airfield in North West Fort Worth.We have an upcoming meeting on October 24, At 09:00 AM. There is a flying 601XLB on the field.
