Jabiru 2200 vs Rotax 912 in 701

Is anyone out there using a Jabiru 2200 in their 701? I like the direct drive, lower rpm. and air cooling,but only if it works well. Joel Sansing

I've sold this plane and now have a 701 with a rotax 912s. I think the jabiru is the perfect engine for the plane. it's lighter, quieter and smoother than the rotax with just a slight reduction in climb rate. In my opinion, it's not worth the extra money and complication for the rotax.
