Just spotted your photo.  Hope to be out that way sometime next year - I moved my plane in parts to a hangar in Omaka just before Xmas and will re-assemble it in the next few days ready for motor testing, inspections etc and to get it flying asap....

Nice photo - there is an old airstrip right beside the lighthouse near the end of the spit. Just wondered if you saw it and whether it is still operational.
