Did a dynamic balance on the prop today (the paint on the spinner is good enough for now - after three attempts!) Balance averaged out to 0.08 IPS so I called it good enough. You can spend a lot of time "chasing your tail" to bring the IPS down lower. Whirl Wind propellor doesn't have a stated value for desired IPS when doing a dynamic balance that I could find, but will call them and ask this week. In the helicopter world acceptable IPS on the tail rotor is 0.20, but generally is balanced to 0.10 or less which is considered quite good.
