Well that`s what means : No winter maintenance...
First takeoff was aborted due to the snow slowing down the plane to a crawl... Second try was a winner but stay in your tracks as much as possible... As soon as speeds gets to 43 mph get the nosewheel off the ground. At that point, speeds will increase dramatically. Stay in the ground effect to gain speed and then pull off.
Landings just as usual but try to keep the nosewheel off the ground as long as possible.
