the flange was curved up approx 3 to 4 mm holding the top panel from fitting flush.

It was bought from WW. It appears that who ever made these for William had pulled it from the mold and set it on the flange before the resin was completely cured.  I had posted other photos of this earlier.

Looks as though it should actually curve the other way. Did you make this from plans or purchase from WW?
