Ooohhhh, yes that makes sense. Being you have a corvair I assumed your Dad was being your wingman and outing the other engine. Which maybe he still can.....

The "Vikings" are a rival football team. Dad's shirt is printed in his local team's colors. Local fans of Dad's team "get it" when they see the phrase along with the colors.
