I had a local welder fabricate it for me out of a piece of 3"X5" channel aluminum tubing.  The average length top to the bottom is 10 inches.  Had to cut a 12 inch length at an angle to fit in there.  Holds about 2.6 quarts fuel.  I just finished my unusable fuel test.  Acft at 17 degrees nose up.  One gallon unusable. .6 left wing and .4 right wing.  Flow rate will provide required pressures for gravity feed system (no pumps) up to max power requirements for up to 128 HP.  I'm happy with these results.
