cooler mountings on the 914 with the old style cowling , you can see the blisters i molded in to the cowl to clear the 914 carbs and air plenum.
i had to do that to keep the lines of the top of the cowl straight with the panel for better looks .I dodnt like the looks of the cowling pointing up !!

it is painted up like the owners Husky. wouldnt by my first choice of color or scheme. the oil cooler is an automotive type.and im just starting to push the 914 a little more in flight testing ,but love it so far.
the 914 is installed becouse it will be flying at 8900 feet field elev.
