not sure how you got 37 gal fuel flow on that test??   it looks like the carb is higher than the tanks in the picture. were you running the fuel into a funnel and then into the gas can or just hook the hose into the fuel line?

No fuel pump, no header tank. I did use 3/8 aluminum lines. The 3000cc Corvair needs about 10.8 gal per hour (standard Day)wide open.the FAA wants 150 percent of that or 16.25 gal. My flow was 37 gal per hour.

How'd the test Go?   Do you have any fuel pumps or header tanks installed? I want to do the corvair.
