I'm planning to come over your way shortly too,just building a fuel tank for the passenger seat.That will give me plenty to come straight over. You'll have a heap of fun with it once its flying.

I recognised the photos as West Coast beaches before I worked out who posted them. I enjoyed the video also - makes me keen to get finished!
I hope to join you on the coast in the not too distant future. I've done about all I can on my 701 in my garage in Blenheim and am looking forward to the final assemby at Omaka in the next couple of weeks so I can move on to testing the motor, inspections etc etc
