Painted my nose gear position indicators and added cleats to the floats. The balls should be a bit easier to see in the mirrors and the cleats will allow me to moor offshore and/or use an anchor via a bridle from the cleats. Added a doubler to the walkway under the cleat.

Hey Bob, those are the old style float pump-out stopper (plug) balls.  Local pilot had a few on hand and I drilled them and expoxied them to the cables attached to the front gear.  They make great position indicators.
