I've been working on fiberglass hatchways, hatch-covers, and a fiberglass pump out cup mods for the 2500A floats I'm building. Its been a long learning curve - as I started with zero fiberglass skills, but I'm proud to say I completed my last layup today. The picture shows the female molds I made to make the parts I wanted.

Thanks David! I will post pics of the final install when it comes together. I have been working through these for quite a while, and gained some hard earned insights. When you get ready to take it on, let me know and I can probably help spare you some of the early growing pains.

Nice job Dan, those will be great floats underneath that nice 801 of yours.  That "learning curve" experience is on my list of things to do eventually as well!  Post some pics of the install and fit when you get there.  Cheers - Dave
