Bob This my second year with the Datum skiis. I have been very satisfied with them.good floatation on soft deep snow, easy enough to install and remove, I have used straight, penetration and now retractable skiis. I fly off asphalt runway but often land on grass/ snow strips. I use two switches with two fuses so that I can reposition if there is a problem.... None yet. In short, I have been very pleased.
