Oh Dear - Almost looks familiar! I gave my front forks a "twist" when trying my first full 30degree flap short landing - tried to "milk" the last few meters to the mark with out enough power and lost elevator authority! No prop or any other damage so I preferred to call it a "Learning Experience" rather than a crash! I had read all about it but practice and experience proved to be the best teacher!
No problems (so far) since with new forks and better use of power.
