Curious, is the cap identical as on the cruiser and STOL, it looks as if it is; and did you ever experience problems with original cap on your cruiser?  I've read that others have, and on the STOL as well.

CruZer has plastic flush caps from England. Also leak all over. They use a threaded flange during installation that must have Teflon pipe dope or gas will wick through the threads.

We we used to convert these with a 1/8 NPT thread and brass fitting. Jon Croke has a video of this on his Homebuilthelp tips.

From what I have seen playing around with Zenith aircraft, a ram pressure cap is superior

I know this has nothing to do with this subject, but has anyone installed the Viking Steel Bungee on a 601? Engine is installed on airplane!

There are over 100 of these on 601 aircraft.

Jan, regarding changes to SuperDuty, did you "divorce" the elevator and flaperon controls on this one, or did you leave it stock?
