Plans call for drilling #40 holes into tubing frame for the installation of the windscreen trim pieces. The oval head screws provided(#8?) would no way tap into the # 40 holes. I kept up sizing until I got to 1/8 inch before the screws could be self tapped into the frame. Any body else encounter this problem? Bill Proctor

Consulting info@zenithair.com is a very good start.

A friend installed it with too much force (screws squeeze the windshield) resulting in star crack around the holes, to be replaced later. Another used plastic tube inserts (with the length just a little more than the windshield thickness) to take the squeeze of the screws for a successful installation.
