Has anyone had issues with twist?  No matter how I cleco I get a twist.  Picture is my outboard slat.

The trailing edge looks actually pretty good, the leading edge is the culprit.

All 4 of the slats has had this issue with the leading edge bottom ribskin attachment being off..

Thanks for any help

From the looks of your video, I would say "good job!" (Assuming it holds after riveting.) I strapped my slats to the flat table for drilling and riveting and the result was about what you have. There is some leeway for error.

Thank you Ken..

I would go with "no worries" - when you fit it to the wing you'll be able to adjust if necessary.  Most likely you will not be able to measure the difference once mounted.
