I'm considering running rigid aluminum fuel lines from the tanks to meet flex lines at the fuselage.  Anyone out there have experience doing this?  Any pitfalls I should watch out for?

Good summary on rigid lines here by John Croke.

I did mine with with 5052-O which worked well, but is a little tough to get bent correctly. Would probably use 3003-O versatube if I did it again.
I did rigid all the way from tanks to the pumps on the firewall. I don't think it was hard. I used a tubing bender to control all the bends. One tip I'd make is that at the wing fuselage junction put a loop in the tubing. The loop can be adjusted to connect to a bulkhead fitting.
