I noted the posting elsewhere in this forum offering an Aerocarb carburetor, and the device appealed to me. However, it requires a reversing throttle control, which seems to usually be limited to throttle control quadrants.

My holes are already cut for a conventional push-pull, non-reversing control. However, I think I may have found a way to use that type of control in a reverse application, like the Aerocarb. I haven't tried it yet (famous last words), but it's simple enough that there's no obvious reason it should not work.

If anyone else is interested, holler, and let's discuss it.You might see some obvious flaw that I've missed. Of course, it's possible that my approach is so simple, everyone but me may have already thought of it. :)

I am also am thinking of using a AeroInjector on my CH 650 with Corvair Engine  but I didn't want to use a trottle quadrant to reverse the the direction to be able to push in for power increase. I would be interested in your idea to do this with standard throttle cable.

Here's a sketch. It may be possible to find a standard bell crank that would do this. The crank would mount to some added structure (in my case, forward of the firewall), and simply reverse the direction of the throttle throw.

Ideas? Suggestions? Improvements?
